Best ways to remove fuel stain off tarmac

No fuel cap on hedge trimmer and..... oh all over the drive!! any ideas, too late for cat litter.

Let the petrol evaporate, lots of hot water & clothes washing liquid, pour the liquid cleaner on, & brush it about, let it have a bit of time to break up the oil, then hot water & brushing again.

If the tarmac is soft from the petrol you might be better letting it evaporate for a day or so before.

wash a large area & it will likely blend in.

just sprinkle dirt on it to try to blend the stain in

I spilt a few litres of chain oil and did a google search how to clean it it came back with use Pepsi and pour it over the stain. It worked and we got our deposit back from the place we were staying

Save your money and throw a decent bucket of dry fine soil on the area, leave it 1/2 hour then brush it about with a stiff broom then clean up. The contaminant rarely penetrates as far as you would expect. The rain will do the rest.

Never had that to hand as was in digs for carve carrbridge and had to sort it with what was to hand. Just ment I couldn't drown my vodka
