I'm surprised honeys are sellign those, I would have thought you need a specific boot to fit them onto, with rigid soles and front and rear bit to clip them onto.

 

Strap on crampons would fit any bit but are not really rigid enough for front point climbing which is what you would be doing.

 

Go for normal spikes, they can last years. My first pair of buckinghams lasted 10 years for me and are still in use by an occasional user somewhere.
