Used the Arbotec gel ones last year and seemed not bad at first, but then they just fell apart. Barely got a month of daily use out of them and they were too slippy in the wet.

 

Now I just use the Towa or Showa thick warm gloves. Keeping your hands warm seems to be half the battle and the thickness of them helps the vibes.

 

Plus they're only about £5 pair

Used a pair of these this week for some 880 work Timberland Pro Vibstop1 Gloves (Anti Vibration) 2055508 - MammothWorkwear.com

 

I actually found them to cause more fatigue to my forearms as I was having to grip harder, possibly because the gloves were a size too large for me maybe.

I bought some once, there in the shed somewhere, just use good quality Lidl/Aldi work gloves these days padded and thermal, still a good grip with no ill effects.

I use these if it`s dry, and thick builders gloves in the rain, I think the key to reducing much of the problem is have a relaxed grip.

The only time I use anti vibes is when milling with an 880, I find it helps a lot.

I have the stanley ones (love them) £20 at screwfix, and the bumpy palm ones (hate them).

For my next pair I was eyeing up the Ergodyne gloves, they look the biz.
