Evenin'

Had a go a making a bench for a friend. Western red we felled and milled a couple of weeks ago. I know its not ideal time of year for milling etc but short deadline. Is it likely to split too much? I remember reading somewhere WRC isn't too bad and I built a fence out of some years ago and it's still looks ok (I think).

Cheers

Thanks for the feed back, much appriciated. Will get oiling. Yeah lovely wood and smells great. Going to try and track down some more.

the legs are counter sunk and fixed with timberloc and then made some dowels to fit. Will try for all timber fixings next time
