No, it seems that in the past (2012) he has seen fit to deprive vulnerable people from their money:

Rogue trader uncovered on TV is jailed (From Oxford Mail)

Rogue gardener admits more offences (From Oxford Mail)

Words cant describe the contempt I have for him and his ilk. Not in polite company at least.

I cant comment on tonight's show - cant get it on the i-player yet and I have a scaffold over my satellite dish!

Agreed!

Although this comment made me smile -

" Butcher later demanded another £3,000 but the court heard the work should have cost £637.50. "

A very precise figure! Maybe they worked it out on a price per leaf basis

"I wonna see 660 on a rusty ladder and crushed sheds :-)".....more likely someone else's black and decker on a patio chair......apparently he also did tarmac driveways, scrap clearance, capping fascias....oh and free shed/tool store cleanups.....:laugh1:
