One of them was my first chipper.Excellent for what you get, simple, well built and value for money.

Looks like it as the larger wheels on it,thats a good thing.

Bad point is that they are easy to tip over, but keep that in mind and they are a great wee unit.

We have the same model but with a different engine , that one looks like a Hatz diesel which I dont know much about.

625 is a good solid machine that will last a long time, it isnt in the same league as TW for speed etc but will out last one :001_smile:

It looks like it hasnt got an auto feed/no stress unit but you could fit one for around £300-400 if needed.

Fairly basic and easy enough to repair.

Awesome tool. Got one with a 35hp deutz twin cyl diesel. Unstoppable power, will chip at full capacity a 6" log!!! Havent managed to tip it up yet tho!! Know a few down here who have them and wouldnt change. You certainly dont need no stress kit!:001_smile::001_smile:

tip over?what when towing

Yeah.

Its easy to do,I saw one tip over when going off a high curb onto a road.To be fair if the driver had known the machines faults it could have been avoided.

If thats a real concern then you could probably fit spacers on the hubs. But I would rather have a 625 than a Timber wolf.

john boy, spending the wonga so lavishly. tommer drives a landy so hasnt ever reached back to the future speeds, but he is a miserable cornwallian so it must be ok. does look really narrow, but you run a narrow unit so would tie in nicely. and at that kind of money you couldnt really go wrong. imo
