:thumbup1: Yeah details a bit vague at the mo, perhaps he,s watching the footy or sweating his balls off trying to get those concrete bases out

Perhaps if he waits till tomorrow to tackle the concrete and England get hammered,if like me I'd be that f----n angry he could probably pull them out with his bear hands:thumbup:

Dig around it with a digger and then pull it out?

Don't struggle around with a breaker bar trying to prick it so it'll lift out like I did the other month, waste of time.

The last two jobs have already had 2 fences with concrete bases so staggering them was impossible. If you did try and miss the old bases you still need to remove the first one or last one. The idea of digging them out leaves a big hole. I was thinking of something that could grip them to pull them straight out. Also the hole is ready made. The grip thingy is ideal but i don't want to be messing about drilling. Just trying to make life easier and use what machinery i have

Well if you have a grab like you say and you have good access you should be able just to dig around the concrete so the grab can get a good crip or am I missing something here:confused1:

Its quite a wide grab good for moving logs, and large lumps but don't seem to grip to well when pulling something out the ground. I was thinking something like log grabs but heavy duty

Postpuller. Ihave one and its superb. Should only cost you 35 for the day, plus once its pulled out, the hole is dug. I have dug them out with a ripper on the digger before

Are the post pullers any good for just the bases. The ones i come across are below ground hidden and the posts have been snapped off. The ones you don't see till its to late and you cannot avoid them and have to pull em out
