It's had a liquid cooled Garrett turbo replacement different boost pipes and reworked manifold .The injectors have been replaced there was also some new electrics with custom remapped ecu. It ran at 158hp (171hp stock) before work done and 262hp after ! Even though it runs daily at 225hp which is more than enough. It had excellent returns for fuel consumption giving me 27mpg around town and had 37mpg on a run as long as you keep it. At 70 :)

Have a look at the Brian James trailers. I went for the 3m bed tipper as I cut a lot of logs on the estate to 3m. I opted for mesh sides too, and added ramps, which can hook on anywhere around the trailer. There are longer ramps available which helps if you are loading machinery, but not found the shorter ones a problem.

Been using mine for around 2 1/2 years now and it's holding up well. The battery is good for quite a few tips, but if it runs out you are supplied as standard with a plugged lead that connects to the car battery for emergency tipping.

That size, near to the brim with leylandii chip and logs on top came to 1300kg load the other day.

Brian James also have a lower bed height which is great for loading plant and groundcare machinery, Love mine!ImageUploadedByArbtalk1400673571.586015.jpg.76ab12d60bb201355dc5ccc5c76cdc57.jpg

Sorry Daniel that's a nice trailer but that headboard looks so out of place imo, is that standard brian james fitment because it looks like someone bolted some dexion to it as an afterthought.

I might have a look at brian james for my next crane trailer base

brian james all the way for me. Got an ifor tipper and the build is not really up to scratch anymore. The brian james trailers are second to none for build and aftersales service. They are on the end of the phone for any technical queries too.

Hello there fella! Kev from AA workshop here. You load that chipper on trailer for transport? I just picked up a Nugent tipper, looking for some loading ramps now, seen a few on google.

Ramps come with the trailer or bought after? I'm looking at ramps now, if you bought after, where did you find them??
