VAT on Logs

How much VAT should you charge customers, if you are VAT registered and it's for use in a restaurant wood fired oven. Is it 5% ?

5% if its a domestic customer, 20% if its a commercial customer, so for a restaurant it would have to be 20%.

Yer I've just looked at what I wrote and its wrong. 5% for domestic and commercial customers so long as they don't go onto selling it

Best way to look at it is 5% vat for the end user, 20% for anybody else.

This is correct but I remember there being a limit as well. If you supply more than a ton in a single transaction it should be 20% I think.
