hi may be organising a woodfest in hampshire. when is the best time to run it and when to avoid.

and do you chainsaw carvers use these events. like to put on a good show of carving. and what will get you guys and gals attend.

hi no its not for HCC but is going to be run by the Hampshire coppicing craftsman group. to promote coppicing products and related things to do with the woods.

it may run along side the hedgelaying comp i am running this year nr alton.

like for it to run this year but may be next year. was just seeing how many would do this show. what cost are involed. if any apart from supply of wood.

then have a idear when we have a meeting to discuss the way forward.

and be interested in sponsership for the hedgelaying and the woodfest.

Hi hedgesparrow We have chatted before about me coming along to your event and I would still be interested as for costs some shows pay us carvers but most dont they let us have a stall selling carvings we have in stock ,but hey getting paid is always good P M with more details etc
