Thats no worry you never know who is using the machiene. I can find out where an ip is coming from but its no use to joe public unless you know who is using the ip.

 

But yes government watches every single person everything you do is recorded processed then deleted. Even american an foreign nations can monitor british citizens.

 

You can have a non static ip but unless your doing some thing dodgy why bother.
