If I'm right in thinking its a sycamore then chop, chop, chop, then a bit of replanting.

Afore mentioned obvious targets, (but wouldn't include the Rangerover in that)

 

Compression forks with associated elephant ear adaptive growth = weak union, prone to failure from strong wind force.

 

Basal decay potentialy caused by strimmer or mover damage.

 

Fence off to reduce compaction, aerate the rhizosphere, adding a generic mix of endo & ectophytic mycorryhza, mulch with barley sraw, cardboard & fresh woodchip to a depth of 6.5 inches. Then reduce to 4.5m monolith, with coronets, fractures & plunge cuts for bat habitation & monitor.

All within keeping with it's urban woodland setting.

what gives you the impression that it may be Acer Psuedoplatanus.
