I've got an Exeter retort on the way. Mine will be the 12th I believe.

 

As has been mentioned lifespan is the biggest concern but I am hoping we get a good few seasons out of it. Like all these things though, you do your homework then take a punt.

With 100% cost funding all would have one. I think Rivers 90 has a valid point the manufacturers don't see as I think most are going to Wildlife Trusts. We bagged into paper potato bags and even with good local markets payback will be a long time. I remember a long time ago a business advisor said don't invest in business tools unless can payback cost within 12 months. Can we have some working pictures? Thanks.

Have just re-visited this thread and noticed that some pictures were requested. My retort is returning from Exeter on Friday after having it's new design inner chamber fitted. I'll be burning again from next week and will try to post some action shots.

Being an idiot has it's drawbacks sometimes..... I am struggling to upload my photos onto the forum from my phone.
