How about most of the saws I have had in during the last month - boxes of bits and "I know it is old but can you fix it for a tenner"?

It is when the majority of the saw is filled with woodchip and oil I reaalllyyyy love it:sneaky2::thumbdown:

Beginning to see the saw for the shyte now:thumbup::lol:

i tip my hat at you sir. you must be a patient man

There is a real knack to doing it correctly once you done it right you get used to doing it. Have to agree it is fiddly though.

Anything by Silverline Tools

easy now, be fair they come with a "life time" warranty now days. so if you haven't killed yourself with frustration they replace it if you remembered to register and kept the reciept which you invariably didn't.

i too hate silverline. their self tapping screws are really special, if you fancy treating yourself i'd reccomend them. i also accidentally bought some PZ2's which came with a life time warrenty!

the singlular exception is a chainsaw bar log vice i got for £8 from them which has lasted nearly 2 years (have used it too.).

The tool we used to measure two stroke oil for the jerry cans. Oh and the measuring tool that the original tool decided wasn't necessary and "that looks alright - it'll do"

Aforesaid actions resulted in a stuck piston ring in a less than six month old 560XP:sneaky2:

Original tool replaced by one with intelligence.
