Big thumbs down for Northern Arb supplies.

I don't think the staffing issue has been sorted out at all. I ordered gear from them 4 weeks ago, the guy who can help me has been 'dealing with other customers' but will ring back.. Been told this twice, no call back. Have emailed, no reply.

Good firms consistently give good customer service. Seems this lot are way off. Take your hard earned elsewhere..

We have had no probs with northern arb, good service every time, spent £1500 with them today in confidence. The only prob is if you ring up they dont talk proper like us lot down ere

 

Every one gets it wrong at times, i waited 2 months for a rope from the jones boys then to be told they didnt have any, northern arb delivered one in 36 hours

 

Also as often as not they are cheaper than most as well, bonus

I've ordered from them 4 times and twice they've cocked it up. Yes they are often cheaper but A 50/50 chance of getting your order right?!

Heads up for anyone not knowing but NAS are relocating premises soon so maybe susceptible to difficulties regs supply orders etc?

Personally Ive never faulted 'em as they price match everything

Things seem to have improved: goods delivered less than 24 hours after ordering.
