Page 51 of the 2014 catalogue picco super (PS) starting code 3617 as opposed to picco super 3(PS3) starting code 3616.

I'll have to chase it up, should be the same price too. :thumbup1:

This came out in the 2013 catalogue.

I have it on my 261 c-m and really like it.Very clean cutting ,smooth with little kick back.

Will saws without bar be OK???:sneaky2:

Good thinking. Order the saw then 10 minutes later order the bar and chain!

Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!

:sneaky2: We thought the same thing.

Although I dont think that will wash with Stihl, I think its more like a machine manufactured with an exposed blade etc, but, well you never know!

Well finally got some in stock Stihl Chain Picco Super 3/8P 1.3mm *NEW* Fits, MS201T, MS200T, 020T - Stihl - Chains - Consumables:thumbup1:

Everyone I asked hadnt even heard of it never mind used it.

It's got to be better than the PS3.

6 stands for the 3/8 picco chain, the 3 denotes the safety links, the picco super is just stamped 6 (the normal, non bumpered chain)

Thanks guys. Trouble is that I don't have a local Stihl dealer that is selling it in loops and the stupid online policy means I can't get it, so I'm stuck with the Oregon or Husky loops.

Oh well.

Can`t Rob at chainsawbars knock you up a loop? if you can obtain it in the UK the way to go is Stihl PS NOT PS3 chain, no bumper links by the rakers it is a yellow chain no anti kickback, but for 3/8x .050/1.3 lo pro it is the F1 of chains.

It is a cool looking chain. We have it although not in the selectors yet - but all chains can be found here Custom chain loops though we are a little more expensive...

I'm not a direct Stihl dealer and so all Stihl equipment is available off CSB. I bought quite a few £s worth that would last through the online selling ban before it came into force...

As below one PS and one PS3.
