Any 1 near Banbury , hate doing this but to far for us to go , customer has big yew tree being felled next few days. She wants offers on it and gone ASAP .

Hi Muttley ,I've got a few people popping round next day or 2 , she's after the best offer she said and been comparing prices of yew advertised . Think it could be one of those who wants a fortune for it. Let me know what it's like be interesting to hear

She is expecting it to be dismantled, brash gone and tidied and to be paid?

 

 

Even if someone really wanted the wood it's still going to cost her around £400-00 at a very rough guess IMO.

Think I'm offering for a felled stick only. That's how she explained it to me assuming it's the same lady.

Be interested to know where she's seen any yew saw logs advertised, don't recall seeing any on wood lots lately.

Starting to think it might be a waste of my time driving over there if she's thinking she can retire off a semi reasonable multi stemmed yew. Doubt she will like my offer much.
