Rod, Garths chipper (Linden) is a TP, and falls somewhat short of 24".

As do most of us.

Mark, thanks for putting me straight, I spoke to him on the phone about doing my chipping said he was about to change, perhaps he was fishing.

cheers

Marc on here works for a company with a huge tow behind with its own crane and is towed behind a big Mog . All I know is he's from Down South, worth a PM if he doesn't see this.

We are based in Henley, to be honest we are really busy, and I'm not sure our rig would be suitable.

If the material is on the deck it can take a little as 7minutes to fill the Mog it's the largest chassis mog with a big chip box, so turn around can be a killer.

In the past we have used grain trailers.

Not knowing the job I cannot comment on the best way.

Got chipper from Avondale in the end, was out on the job yesterday, it's an awesome bit of kit!! We've been chipping into the back of one of our lorries which is 15 cubic metre cappacity, and done 5 laods a day to the farmers yard we've got permission to dump in, which is only 100 yards from where we're cutting.

Would deffinatly recommend the machine, it's made the job for us :)

Thanks again for everyones input and suggestions. Will try to post up some pictures at some point.

What model is that??

Can it be had full Radio Remote in terms of feed and tracking to operate from an Excavator?

What would be a rough price guide without the crane and blade?

Eddie.
