We've recently decommissioned two Wartsila 18V46 engines at work. 18 is the number of pots, and 46 is the cylinder diameter in cm. They are rated at about 22,000 hp each (or were, when they worked!)

cat or cummins power

This one is fitted with a CAT C27 but you can go one bigger to 1200hp if your pockets are deeper. Not sure on fuel usage but the 500 gallon fuel tank should give a clue. Throughput is variable depending on product & sample size required but it is capable of over 100 tonnes per hour. Currently been processing miscanthus & willow.
