The other way round I think Crafters are Sprinters with a VW engine

I had a few of the panel vans, head and shoulders above everything fast, smooth and quiet and great on fuel, Parts are pretty cheap too.

We will only run Merc's , Quality, good payload and good on fuel, we always go for 308d's, slow and reliable. We can carry 6 dumpys of seasoned logs and 2 people and it weighs in at 3400kgs.

Ive had other panel vans and been running a sprinter for last 2 years It is best van ive ever had. it has been serviced twice and I have not had one day off work with van breakdowns. It is more of a "Jogger" than a sprinter but the reliability outweighs the speed! Couriers like dhl and and hire firms use sprinters for a reason - they run and run good for 300k miles. I don't find parts too pricey but as others have said rust can be a pain in the rear....

Yeah must be! To be fair the place is spotless and while a bit "in ya face" the owner is actually ok. Some of his campers on the other hand most certainly ain't! !!
