As I sit here and write this again I still can't help but think these people exists in our industry!! A big hit (haaa! :D) from Facebook but a serious note to say how fed up I really am of hearing it!! Enjoy and input what ever you like!! Keep it clean though ;)

Who's been saying it? I've not tried srt yet, but if you cut any climbing line system with out having a secondary you hit the deck?

 

I've heard several climbers say it, and worst I've heard stories of governing body's in our industry also say it!!

 

And yes your absolutely spot on with the cutting of any system and not having a secondary anchor!!

Aghhh I get it now there was no link when I first viewed.. I think I may have come to a similar conclusion drunk once about DRT being safer because I'm crap at SRT and only use it for access, have tried work climbing on it a few times and it was not really working for me, I would like to see dan Curtis or some one who knows what they are really doing on it climb to give me an idea on what I'm supposed to do, maybe I will stick with it for a week and see what happens as I said and did the same about climbing on a vt and now I won't climb on anything else...
