Red for a fry up,

brown for a butty/bap,

tartar for fish n chips,

Sweet chilli n red for belly pork slices.

These sauces are pretty much just sugar, my advice would be use as sparingly as possible.

Eating bacon from farmers pigs only a field away. Would be criminal to put any colour of sauce on. Though the missus does. Next step to that is red sauce on a roast.

Chutney for most things, mustard or salad cream for hotdogs, tomato purée or hoi sin, or oyster sauce for burgers, hollandaise or honey mustard for skewer kebabs and when I could eat them, sour yogurt for doner kebabs.

Anybody tried the combo of sweet chilli mixed with sour cream? Perfect with wedges/chips!
