I looked at both before settling on a Brian James triaxle. It will take 2.7t! It's a very strong trailer with Ali sides and understory ramps, electric tipper and really nice to tow. The only downside is you can't turn the jockey wheel down or up with the hand brake applied due to the handle hitting the hand brake. It's expensive but well worth it. The jockey wheel on handbrake problem is a ball ache but got a feeling that its a hitch supplier problem (is it Bradley?) as come across it on lots if trailers.

Ifor all the way but takes one to know one and I may look at Nugent next but the old LM105 has been thrashed for the past few years like its owner...

Iv had two ifors, one plant and one flatbed. I must admit the flatbed 2009 has almost shakes itself to bits in some aspects, ie nearly all the rivets holding the drop sides together have come out and if had to replace them with stainless steel bolts.

Im looking at Graham Edwards or nugent for my next one. The Brian James seems to be the most refined trailer out of the lot, it doesn't have leaf springs so is meant yo be less clankity clank on the roads than Ifor, but not sure how much abuse they will take.

If you swap your Ifor for new every 10-12 months the resale is such that you can practically have a years maintenance free trailering - or maintenance free trailering forever if you keep swapping.

However, if you want a decent trailer, Brenderup are worth a look - they tow like an absolute dream. GE/BJ also of good quality.
