Not sure how to put a link up, but on the Daily Mail online :blushing: there is a story of a bloke who caught two men stealing diesel from his yard. He managed to catch them one who he disarmed has two broken leg's and a broken arm the other just got roughed up a bit. He is now facing two count's of gbh ,one with intent! The two thieves were fined £75 quid each. What is happening in this country ?

I hate it when its turned around like that . Tony Martin etc . If one was disarmed then he had some nasty intent when he was armed would you not say ?

my cousin caught two red handed in his yard in a transit van..

one ran off the other drove off down the road with his lights off.

cousin followed and as luck has it as they entered town police car came other way and stopped them..

he was arrested with several cans red diesel in back his van.

he did a no comment interview and released without charge as only my cousins word it was him in yard and no other proof...
