At the risk of getting OT no as I don't have any friends. But if I did I wouldn't. I'm not sure why some cyclists do that? As a driver I do get irate with cyclist's but they are Road users too. As a cyclist I try to be as courteous as possible. I can only do 30mph so it's basically like following a scooter :-D

I have a GoPro and the quality is great. I would like a go with the Garmin though just for comparison and because it's got a GPS!🙈

 

If you carry a gps or have a garmin sport watch like the 405, it is possible to overlay gps data using desktop computer software.

 

So for sport climbing or competition spiking: a go pro and a gps watch could be combined to overlay altitude and speed data. Which would look pretty cool.
