Back to porting the 560, the shaping, polishing and grinding is done now

I didn't widen the exhaust port much due to some slot-things on the piston, but I did reshape the uppers!

Unfortunately reassembly has to be put on hold as I've lost 2 bolts for the intake, so I'll have to get the muffler done and finish the engine in January.

Yes, it's a big pipe, didn't look that big until I fitted it into the muffler :lol: it's all reassembled now, big filter fitted, the lot! Now to run it and see if I've cocked up, or made a belter!

Seen smaller on boy racers Pugs:lol: Did your wife mind you taking the cast iron drainpipe off the side of the house:lol:

 

We will probably hear it across the country:lol:
