Alright Guys,

 

I was wondering what you all do with the sawdust left from processing?

 

We have stacks of clean/ dry sawdust with must have some use. What do you all do with yours?

I use mine in my orchard for mulch, to keep the grass from the trees

Keeps the weeds down a great. Give it away to pet owners.

Horsey folk take mine! Also chicken keepers, put up a poster in your local agricultural merchants, you will be amazed at how popular it is!

The horsey ladies have ours too, a few of them are rather lovely looking so we dont mind.....

I have thought about getting a briquette machine but im guessing you would need a hammer mill to make it smaller too?! Anyone else use a briquette machine?

If you want to make briquettes out of it then the moisture content needs to be below 15%.
