Good day fellow members, Just curious with the many species of wood in the UK do any members provide commercially the likes of Cherry, Peach, Oak or Hickory to your customers or for yourself. I know of One company here Stateside that collects as much as possible for one of his customers that has a large smoke house.:thumbup1:

Thanks

Although smoked meats and fish are very popular here in the US, Just wondering if the potential marketplace is as strong in the UK?. Thanks for replying Andy

Quite a lot of jerky sold now so would think there is a good market for all meats
