Creatine

Definately helps me when I'm training hard, but I cycle it, normally 8 weeks on, 4 off.

Maximuscle Cyclone was good stuff, but expensive and give me really bad farts!

Like Lorry, I've found the MyProtein stuff to be quality, and cheap as chips because it is packaged very basically.

Pure creatine monohydrate powder here.

if you go onto myprotein.com , maybe try using the Creatine Eathyl Ester - yes it tastes like battery acid but there is no loading proces and it is way more effective and there is no need to take silly ammounts of it , personally if im in a bulking phase then i tend to stick to Cyclone and muscle milk , yes it makes your farts stink but it keeps the weight benches either side of you pretty empty so that you can have some space while training :laugh1:.

Mark have you tried using progain extreme at all ?? i have never used it but im wondering if its any good

i tried cyclone but couldnt stand the after taste. got on well with progain, it just is expensive.

im about to start another batch of creatine as i need to boost my weight(lost loads the past few months)

Yeah the after taste is not great and neither is the price but on the pluss side i did manage to get a deal last week in tesco - £28 for a 1.2 kg tub , usual price £39 ! bargain i say .

  • 4 weeks later...

Gaspari size on is what I use.I havnt found any other creatine suppliment to be as effective.tastes good too.

Bit pricey but a tub will last a full month guaranteed.

Makes a re energizing drink to sip during hard workdays aswell.

Contains carbs and bit of whey also.

First time of using I dropped 4 percent bodyfat and put on close to a stone
