I have decided to give this a try, I will stock up on things tomorrow.

Had a great omelette today, kind of greek salad, diced courgette slowly fried in olive oil with panchetta, really good fresh tomatoes and then feta cheese crumbled over after the eggs have gone in. It was great, Feta is only 0.7% carb BTW.

Avoid the gluten free; it's full of rubbish and incredibly high in carbs. As someone else said, just substitute stuff for the bread. I used to eat maybe ten or twelve slices a day but now I have four pieces of grain bread on a Sunday as treat. Haven't had white bread in nearly eight months. I don't often miss it, it's just a matter of working around it.
