I get loads of comments, all good, getting lots of action too ;) from 190 down to lowest 163, now 169, about 11.5 stone I think. Climbing faster and working harder than I ever have. Still, the beer is keeping me at this level, but it is summer! Carbs suck!

I got a lot of comments about being too skinny, and in retrospect I was, at 10 stone 10lbs and 6' high

I'm still eating Paelo with occasional cheese. It's not a diet, it's a way of life, just eat natural.

Now I eat a lot more, lift as much weight as I can and weigh in at 12st. I find I need more carbohydrates to lift heavy, so not so much keto but still low carb. 10% body fat which is how I am tracking my progress now. More weight is fine so long as it's in muscle form.

Congratulations to all you who have made progress in this way, and well done especially to whoever started this thread!

YES! Mainly from the wife but I think she reckons I'm starving myself! How tall are you Dave?

I know there's plenty of stuff on line but if you've got a minute what is your typical breakfast, lunch, dinner arrangement?

3 eggs and bacon for breakfast. Black tea If I can't be bothered to cook that I'll take a few bananas and apples

Leafy salad, tin of Mackrell, boiled eggs, ham and gerkins with a tiny bit of cheese for lunch

Dinner is normally Chicken breast or fish with loads of veg and butter

Scrambled eggs, with a little cheese and plum tomatoes for breakfast.

A leafy salad with meat or fish, some times with boiled eggs, often with sun dried tomatoes, beetroot, stuffed olives, ect, you need some things with good strong flavour to spice it up, IMO, for lunch, with fruit for afters.

Tea is normally what ever the family is having but without spuds and extra steamed veg.

This is just my personal take on things, I'm by no means strict and do have chocolate, beer, wine and even cake or bread from time to time.
