So how are you getting on with the way of life? I was having headaches last night but feel great today....

Felt pretty rough today, very light headed and weak this morning and a headache tonight, hope I feel better tomorrow.

 

Checked my BP earlier and it was pretty good, so I feel happy about that.

Yeh it should keep getting better Huck. I want mine to come down too, it was great when I was back in the Uk, but since being here its definitely risen!

headaches past 2 days, most likely due to caffeine withdrawal rather than the diet itself I expect. Did feel quite weak and fuzzy vision this morning though.

Exactly, the fact I feel rough makes me think there are real befits in making the change.

 

 

Its very strange that some feel the need to find fault with those making the change?? is it because they know they couldn't, but maybe think they should ?

Just a different point of view to your own mate, I don't think he meant it personally. He had some fair points, but if everyone agreed the world would be a very boring place!

 

Still finding it tough forcing 3 eggs and bacon down first thing!

It's ok, we all know Stevie is the biggest sugar addict in toon, he wouldn't be able to survive without it!

Steve I always thought black coffee was ok on a diet / life change apart from the caffeine ?
