Paleo diet for arborists

What a silly diet, everyone knows you can't get dinosaur meat anymore unless you live by Jurassic park:001_rolleyes:

Since dinosaur was the staple food of the caveman I can't see working tbh.

Good luck though.:thumbup1:

Dinosaurs died out about 65 million years ago, man in his present form has been around for about 40,000 years. The dinosaur meat would have to have been in a good freezer to keep for that long  The digestive system of modern man must have evolved to cope with the advances in diet so going back to eating like a caveman would probably cause more dietary problems than it cures, certain parts of the system like the appendix have become redundant and the musculature for chewing gristle and sinew will not be as strong now. Eat what suits you and just get on with it, nuts and raw veg would soon lose it's appeal for me though

bread and pasta & spuds have lost their appeal for me, but always have and still love raw veg & nuts :thumbup1:

So I think we should have a 'Paleo progress' thread, where we can all tell each other of our paleo experience. Like a diary? Steve is up for it... are you guys? Me and Steve are starting the lifestyle tomorrow (Sunday). Up for it?

I'm in :thumbup1:

Started today, breakfast was sausage, bacon, beans, plumb tomatoes, fried eggs, black coffee and fresh orange juice.

My mrs has made some salad and boiled some eggs for next weeks lunches, I'll be having the meat that would have gone on my sandwiches with this, so just cutting out the bread, no yogurts and black coffee instead of white.

A good friend of mine who knows his onions when it comes to natural diet highly recommends a colonic irrigation before starting the paleo

Has anyone gone down this road

I'm keen for the results but not sure about the physical ??
