Kango 950 help

Was using my Kango 950 breaker and has just stopped working. Was working fine one moment, put it down then picked it up again 5secs later and no power at all. Press the button and nothing happens. Checked the fuse in transformer plug and is fine. I don't have the manual so I don't know what to look for and can find nothing on google. Any suggestions?

Its the old blue/silver 110v one.

Ross.

I wouldn't have thought it could of over heated as it was only going for a few seconds at a time. Have taken the wire out from the handle and some of it was frayed. Cut it back, re-wired it but still nothing. How can I check that the rest of the wire is ok?

Multimeter. Or take it off the machine, sticky tape it to a light bulb and switch it on (do that in the right order, and not on a metal workbench...)
