Orange for us as it differentiates us from every dog walker, school run club and old bloke On his mobility scooter!

What I'm trying to say is yellow hi viz is becoming so common place on our streets we find motorist have almost stopped noticing it.

As said before yellow quickly turns green and looses its hi viz status but Orange seems to stand out for longer but at night it's more down to the quality of the reflective band's.

Just make sure the hi viz garment complys to BS EN 471 because if it goes tits up on a roadside for example and the hse investigate the hi viz vest you thought was hi viz won't be classed as hi viz in their eyes if it didn't comply to those regs
