Don't know if I can make Capel yet, Justin, but could always get Ross (Old Kent Road fire brigade groundie) to pop in and collect it when I have scrimped and save the necessary dollars. And convinced the wife it's another 'must have' purchase which will make me rich by next year!

Jameson are a lot heavier than the AUS. We have AUS with saw, hook and loppers and a big shot on the Jameson.

 

I seem to remember that Jameson are not tested for use around LV lines in the UK. Is this right?

They do a range JE series pole is tested to 100KV per foot for five minutes.

I think is nearly double the price if you need to know.

sandvick lopper head is quality as the jameson's is +$£""e but i use jameson poles for pulling hangers ect and big shot,pole saw ect so thats what gets taken out plus the sandvik head is limited in height.

I've got Jameson Poles that are over five years old and used every day... just make sure you have replacement springs for the pruner head !!!!!!!!!

How do you go about fitting a silky saw blade to the jameson pole? Which bits do you need?
