No, Bob won't have me work with him, I'm too fast, by the time he got out of his truck after filling in risk ass, method statement, loler forms, vibration records, verbal risk ass, establish a fueling point, check his first aid kit, and first parade his kit.......I have the tree down on the deck and am back home with my feet up infront of the fire.

No, Bob won't have me work with him, I'm too old and slow, by the time i got out of my truck after thinking about what a risk assessment involves deciding if i needed to go back and get the mewpy then try to pluck up the courage to climb in type A trousers, remove my first aid kit,and then decide which other legislation and best practice to avoid and working out how to use any kit.......the day would be over and i would need to go home and sleep in front of the fire or tell the world on arbtalk about what had gone wrong and who had done what to me.

thats more like it i think:thumbup:

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
