I use these on my pick up, got four in the grill and only a small sucker attachment light on the back window - these lights are superb. A good family friend who is a mobile mechanic electrican, also a retain fire fighter said their the same ones as the fire engines in Dorset use! Because he fitted them on the fire engines too! Here's what they look like...

I am afraid that as with everything you get what you pay for. I run a combination of stuff on my LR.

I have these worklamps for just general hitching trailers unloading kit in dark.

WIPAC Square Worklamp Work light Defender/Recovery NEW | eBay

However when its a case of extended work in the dark I have one of these that I bolt on and plug in a couple of minutes

1 Hella Xenon HID Work Lamp AS200 12V Long Range | eBay

Yep its hellish expensive but I paid a lot less for mine but it is like working in daylight however I would not wanted to leave it bolted to the truck with out shear nuts or something.

Beacons well that's another kettle of fish again I favour LED but quality ones the cheaper suffer from water ingress and will allways let you down when you most need them

I have 10 of these on the back of the 130 yes 10! however they are split between low and high and switched so if trailer is on the the lower 6 don't have to be used.

Details for SecuriLED Amber LED Surface Mount (497032)

I also have 8 of these on the front of the 130 again 4 up high 4 down low and switched accordingly

Details for 12v Amber Multiflash LED (3700)

I am not suggesting anyone needs the quantities I have, I have them because I could and the vehicle gets used for many many different jobs. I have also never paid the full list price for any of them ebay is your friend if you are patient.
