Anyone had dealings with this Company?

I have ordered a couple of bar and chain combinations from a website called "newsawchains.co.uk". their prices are very competitive and the first order arrived safetly and in reasonable time. I got the Missus to order another set on Monday and the Co. emailed they were dispached on Tues (Royal Mail) but no sign of the package. My Postie sent me a text this morning early to say he didn't have it on board and seems suprised a rec delivery is taking this long.

I think recorded deliveries are taking a bit longer atm because of volume of mail at this time of year. Try Royal mail track and trace if you have a reference no.

It's that time of year. Everyone rushing to get bits out.

 

I ordered a brake band on Wednesday last week and it hasn't arrived yet.

 

And it was from someone I have used loads of times before. So expecting it Monday.

I dealt with them for the first time a few weeks ago on the basis of a recommendation on here and the service was first class, no issues whatsoever.

 

Ordered a couple of bits elsewhere for the MS440 just over a week ago and it took a week for it to arrive so obviously some postal delays at present.

 

Wouldn't worry.

Postie says that they have no backlog and Rec Delivery shouldn't take four days. Just a bit peeved as I had a Job I needed the bits for today and I'd tried to phone them a couple of times Fri and just got ans phone. No track and trace no. on the invoice this time although there was on the last one.

It arrived the next morning!

Had my share of it this year, ordered break band Tuesday came Friday, got my dealer to send my t540xp over night to see if that changed anything... No luck haha collected Thursday evening still waiting, hoping for Monday
