Hi folks! Need a new lid! I am a groundie but looking to do cs38/39 within the year! Question is can i use a climbing helmet when on the ground? And what do folk recommend?

You can ware a climbing lid on the ground . No law against it . Why would you wanna swap hats just coz your feet touch the deck . Get what you want bud . No worries ....

Got to say I really don't like my protos!!

1: far too heavy.

2: the cradle set up gives me a headache.

3: the sweat band keeps falling off (that really winds me up)

4: just feels really big on your head.

I've now gone back to my trusty old vertex vent...far better helmet in my opinion.
