Does anyone regularly use one to pull over leaners instead of a winch!

I probably use a tirfor more for pulling trees over. but weve used the grcs to hold windblown trees while weve climbed them, then used it to pull the spar over several times

That's not what I want to hear John.

The Tirfor is great but lugging it round and setting the cable is sapping my spirit.

 

haha me to

the problem with pulling stuff with the grxs is you need stuff of a larger stem diameter to anchor it. plus the grcs is more likely to slip than a tiror

 

if your trying to justify getting a grcs, just say I said it was ok
