I do it,

 

groundie to a few different lads, got tickets, saws, ppe, 6inch chipper, tipper, climbing kit and a small rigging kit if needed!!

Just had a self employed subby groundy cut up my new climbing line (while i was climbing on it) and decided it is for me to pay to replace it:confused1:

 

If he did that then you just don't pay him, keep the money for the rope.

I kbow you hqve contract climbers but what about groundstaff say own saw cs30 31 38 and chipper would this be of use to companies
