That conversion is a Watford Commercials special. A nice box yes (without the tool box on a club cab hilux) They cut a few corners i.e. the fuel filler neck leaks where it is welded to a support bracket and they do not uprate the springs - that will be doing a take-off impression with half a load of chip so you need to go for the 1 ton extra rated (not 500kg option) leaf springs from Midland Road Springs. Only other thing - the folding chip catcher is a nice touch but needs to go a bit higher - just bigger ally triangles... The mudguards are crap too, not difficult to replace; cost was about £2.5k from memory.

Mate of mine had this one made by them and like you said had to uprate the rear springs as looked overloaded when empty. I think the steel fame is a little over engineered and could be made much lighter for this size of vehicle but for the price it's not bad at all.
