Had the 560 for two years with no probs ...had the 540 since august and have only just kinda figured with the 540 that using the priming bulb stops this but I have never used the priming bulb on the 560.

Chatting to another guy who brought one and is finding the same , no problems with cutting or running I just don't get why it needs cold starting if put down for 10 mins.

Is yours the same Adam?

I find it can be a little temperamental more so on take downs when rigging and the saw is of for a few minutes at a time and yes you have to keep cold starting it! Not tried the primer yet but will give that a shot!! I just put it down to its Cooling ability and auto tune.. :) I'll let you know what I find out mate :)

Tbh I do as well , both so far have proven them selfs good ! But its a hard adjustment from using the 200t for so many years , found that the older climbers always complained about the 200t or 020 in its last guise but I found them second nature and still pick one up and feel at home... Not with the 201 !
