Hi guys I am I'm the market for a new rope, I have found one I like but it comes with ether a spliced end or Slaiced end.

I know what the spliced end is as my current climbing line has one but I have no idea what Slaiced means.

Any help would be great also any suggestions on semi static rope would be great.

Cheers

I was confused by the term slaiced too as it is not one I had come across before. After looking at the photo's I see that that it is a very tight eye splice. A back splice as I know it can only be tied in laid rope. I always like the challenge of understanding the terminology used for the same thing in different fields.
