How to keep rope in pantin?

when you lift your foot up try NOT kick your heel back.

 

Just try a simple knee raise as if you were standing on the floor! By doing so this will help to keep the rope into the back of the body of Pantin.

 

Also if you try and make sure your rope is hanging dead straight, as if there are deviations this will change the angle of the rope hence changing the exit angle out of the pantin and causing it too pop out.

 

hope make made sense?

 

If all else fails go out and buy the new shampoo called pan-tin-pro-vee, its sure to help all the problems over having. lol
