80ft sweet chestnut tree "stolen"

We?re stumped: Why did someone cut 80ft tree down and take it away from our garden? (From Bournemouth Echo)

 

no one heard nothing and it had a TPO on it.........

 

sounds dodgy to me......impossible no one would notice an 80ft tree being felled and removed...................im not falling for that old chestnut.........

a few years back a large elm was felled and removed in Leith links park nobody knew a thing! mind you they did leave the branches nicely stacked for chipping
