Really so sorry for you, that sucks. Hearing about so many machinery/ plant thefts that I've lost count. Makes me feel really angry that so little is being done about it.

The last three objects I've been looking at on ebay have been scams, and a 4th item that sounded pretty damn suspicious...... i got into quite a discussion with ebay customer support asking them why they aren't doing anything about it, linking officially with TER, etc;

ebay response: it's up to buyers to report items to the local police so they can investigate it themselves and then the police can contact ebay to ask for the item to be removed....

Like that's gonna actually happen!

Hope you can pick yourselves up again soon enough......

Cheers people.

We`ll see what the insurance produces, up the security and carry on :) Unfortunately these things happen. I can`t be bothered being angry about it. A few friends are lending us some tools so at least we can work this week.

Just a warning to people. We got broken into again last night. Nothing taken this time. Not much to take anyway at the moment.

Please be aware of where you keep your kit, how well protected and how well insured it is.

Your not alone at the moment unfortunately there has been a real increase in Gloucestershire over the past few weeks with some really organised thefts as well as the usual walk in while your backs turned chainsaw thefts!!

Something needs to be done but not sure what that something is...I don't have as much kit as you so it all lives at home with me and my bloody BIG dog!!

I'll keep my ears and eyes open and let as many people locally know however I suspect your kit will be out of Gloucestershire by now!!
