Sending battery to Husky for inspection and a replacement will be sent up FOC.

I can replicate the problem regardless of battery though.

A mini bungee or a couple of tie wraps are going on.

On the charging issue Roni. Heard it last night. After switching on it took several cycles before it burst into life and charged, but it did charge ok.

Glad I've got the T540 as a backup, the 200T is so old hat. Big grin.

Unfortunately not getting the same response from Husqvarna. They want to uplift the battery/charger etc but will not give replacement. Not much use as we use equip most days.

That's a bit pants. :confused1:

You know you wouldn't see it again for at least a month!

I can replicate the latch partially opening all day.

As soon as the other latch gets touched the battery falls out.

My money is on Husky hoping to duck this one.

Mine went on Monday morning. Interesting to see what the response is. Expecting a replacement battery, but it's how they regard the dangers of the batteries releasing when in the tree that is of more interest to me.

One week on and still not even a courtesy call from customer support Husqvarna to say they have received my battery. They do nothing to help promote the brand. Yet again a very p--d off Husky user.

In this modern age I don't think people employed in customer support roles get any training in communication skills. They always seem shocked when you take them to task over it.
