Not really, I try to stick to a system of a three workday week, book jobs in monday, tuesday and wednesday. Thursday is for repairs and maintainance and fridays for pricing.

 

If it rains any of the first three days you just use that day for maintainance or pricing, so you have two days to shuffle jobs around in.

 

If it doesn't rain and you have no maintainance you can pull a job forward and work 4 days.

 

I have been quite busy the last few weeks and have had to work 5 days to keep up plus we had a particularly wet period which knocked me back a bit, but the system works well and you don't end up dissappointing customers.

 

I just put in a proper day rate that I don't have to work 7 days a week to cover over heads and earn a wage from
